Our campsite is situated on the bank of the River Wye at Ballingham, midway between Ross on Wye and Hereford. We are able to use this wnderful setting courtesy of Henry and Esther Rudge.
Please take these instructions with you and a decent map of the surrounding area when travelling to WhitCamp. The roads are really quite remote especially if you travel north to south.

Directions
If coming from the South...
To reach the site from the A40, at the Wilton Roundabout, outside and to the west of Ross, take the Hereford road (A49) north. Continue for about 600 metres and take the second turning right signposted Sellack or Hoarwithy. Drive for about 6km into Hoarwithy. With the church high up on the left, turn right, and then, just before crossing the river, take a left turn signposted Carey (and WhitCamp). After passing through Carey you will cross a noticeable hump in the road. Continue until the Ballingham sign, and a farm on the right, where the road then has a Y junction. The gate into the WhitCamp field is either behind you on the left (before you came to the farm) or ahead and down the right hand fork - we change field every year! Look out for our makeshift signs, about A3 size.
If coming from the North...
Best use a good map! Follow the route to Ballingham, Herefordshire. On arriving in Ballingham you will pass a pond on the left, then come to a farm, also on the left. The gate into the WhitCamp field is either in the next field on the left (beyond the farm), or behind you down the fork in the road - we change field every year! Look out for our makeshift signs, about A3 size.
