If you are under 18 years old we ask you to print this page and show it to your parent or guardian.

Your use of the whitcamp.org.uk web site [the web site] now and in the future requires you to agree to everything on this page, as follows:

1) You must be 11 years old or older.

2) WhitCamp is a holiday for boys, assisted by volunteers. You must have been to WhitCamp or you must readily be acknowledged by the leadership as an assistant.

3) You may use this web site to share photos of your holiday. Your photos must not be indecent in any way whatsoever. Managers of the web site may remove ANY photo, for ANY reason and at any time, and will not be required to explain their actions. You must keep originals of all your photos, because WhitCamp may delete your uploaded copies.

4) Other users of the web site may contact you using the Send Email system. You may also use this web site to contact others who have shared your holiday. But you must not use the web site to obtain an email addresses and then pass it on, unless you have asked permission from the person who owns that email address.

5) If you email anyone via the web site, or reply to any email, then your email address WILL be sent to the other person. Others will not see your email address in the web site itself, with some exceptions for staff users.

6) You must NEVER give your login details to anyone else.

7) You agree to allow staff to use your contact details to contact you, and share your details with other staff for the same purpose.

8) Staff may use your details to contact you with essential details about your holiday. If you are under 18 years old you must ALWAYS tell your parent or guardian when staff contact you and why.

9) No member of staff may arrange to meet you, except to meet you during WhitCamp.

10) You must report ANY activity on the web site that worries you. If you think anything is dishonest or makes you feel uncomfortable in any way then you must tell your parent or guardian AND a member of WhitCamp staff. You can also report anything using the Contact Us form.

11) Use of this web site is a privilege. Your login may be removed for any reason at any time.

12) In all matters the decision of the leadership team is final.
